Kayla Weaver Studies Server 2003

Computer Networking Technology student Kayla Weaver is working on Windows Server 2003 learning how to set up and support file and print sharing, secure Internet connectivity, and creative centralized application deployments.

Students in this program will learn how to build desktop PC’s and laptops from their basic components, how to repair computers, desktop and server operating systems, TCP/IP networking, Microsoft Active Directory, fiber optic, copper, and wireless networking, and web page design using HTML 5 and the Adobe Creative Suite.

We’re not sure if it’s a bug or a feature, but students in Computer Networking Technology seem to have a lot of fun, all while learning the skills they need for a field that is destined to grow for decades to come.
