Student must have an 80% or better in their program.
Student must have 70% or more of their Program of Study Tasks completed.
Student must have a 95% or better attendance.
Student must not have outstanding debts.
Student must not have outstanding requirements to their sending district.
Starting the Co-op Process:
Student must meet with the School to Career Coordinator to request Co-op.
Student must begin the pre-approval process with the School to Career Coordinator.
Student must complete all other required documents as provided by the School to Career Coordinator.
Requirements while on Co-op:
Student is required to attend work as they would school. If a student does not attend work due to illness or other reasons, they MUST contact the School to Career Coordinator.
Student is required to complete a Time Sheet and submit it to the School to Career Coordinator every Friday.
Any changes to the Co-op placement must be reviewed with the School to Career Coordinator.
