Domonique makes a cheese cake

Pictured here is Food Service student Domonique Fulp making  a cheese cake for patrons of our student-run restaurant, the Hide-Away Cafe.

Students enrolled in the Food Service program will learn hands-on in the kitchen how to create delicious dishes, and will learn “front of the house” skills required for customer service and restaurant management while working in the Hide-Away Cafe. Our students have the opportunity to earn college credits while attending SUN Tech and will have the chance to gain job experience and earn money through our Co-op program.
