Rose Nissley of the Advertising Art class of 2012 appear on the cover of the PA-CTEC 2013 brochure with assistant administrative director Judy Sharer and Ad Art instructor Kim McBride. The photo was taken at last year’s conference in Lancaster, PA when the award was presented to Rose. What a surprise to receive a piece of mail with your photo on it!
