Dear Parent/Guardian,

In lieu of our annual Open House, on the evening of October 7^th, 2020,  we will host individual parent meetings, either in person or via Zoom.  If you would like to schedule a private meeting with your child’s instructor, please reach out to them directly via phone or email.  The main office will not be able to schedule you for meetings.

These meetings are not mandatory, and if you do not prefer to meet with your child’s instructor, that is fine, but we ask that you notify your child’s instructor that you do not wish to meet.
