The 2013-2014 Quality Management Team

SUN Area Technical Institute strives to provide a quality career and technical education. One way we accomplish this is through our Quality Management Team. The Quality Management Team (or “QMT”) is composed of administration, staff, and instructors who meet at regular intervals with the goal of maintaining and constantly improving the high quality of education we’ve all come to expect from SUN Tech.

Though the Quality Management Team utilizes the formal framework called ISO 9001 laid out by the International Standards Organization, we like to think we’re more than just another committee doomed to bog down in it’s own red tape. We don’t let the process get in the way of progress. Every committee member’s opinions are welcome, and we try to focus on improvement of test scores, student and parent satisfaction, and streamlining the way we do business and not the minutiae that cripples some organization’s quality management endeavors.
